I’m Courtney, and I’m the creator of Little Rope Co. I’m a wife, and mother to 3 amazing, crazy, sticky boys. My life is full of chaos, but I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world. I love Jesus, my family, and nachos…the essentials. 

Little Rope Co started about 2 years ago purely as a macrame business. In the last few months I’ve found myself getting lost in the art of embroidery as well - which is probably why most of you are here. I had the honor of embroidering a few Christmas presents for my family, and the following that came from that was unimaginable. I’ve loved seeing how LrC has evolved over the last couple of years. This hobby-turned-side-hustle has been the perfect way for me to get out my creative energy, without sacrificing my time and attention to my family. 

Life feels like a tangled mess the majority of the time, but I try my hardest to find the beauty in it. Macrame and embroidery are just tangible ways to do the same. Making beauty out of the all the chaotic knots and tangles. I love that no matter what my mood is, something beautiful can always come out of what I’m making. It’s a beautiful chaos, and I’m enjoying every minute.
